Adjoining the 5 star Sheraton Mirage Resort the 40 lot subdivision of beachside land for luxury vacation homes required managed security. We designed the perimeter walls & gatehouses as sculptural elements that contributed to the townscape rather than creating a division.

A central parkland retains mature trees and acts as a retention basin to mitigate flooding.
